Kick-Off:

• February: Leadership Retreat – A two-day immersive retreat to build connections, learn foundational leadership principles, and prepare for the year ahead.

Monthly Focus Tours:

Each month, participants dive into an in-depth exploration of a key community issue, guided by expert panels, site visits, and collaborative discussions.
